She holds others superlatives though, like the first naturalized U.S. citizen to become First Lady and the only one born in a communist country.

12. International Melania

Now aged 45, as we mentioned, Donald Trump’s wife was born Melanija Knavs in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. But she soon became well known internationally and moved to Milan, Italy, when she was 18. She was often spotted in Paris too and moved to America in the mid-1990s, becoming a permanent resident there in 2006.
