lie in what music you listen to. When researchers from the University of Missouri instructed subjects to try to improve their moods, they found that those who listened
to upbeat music (in this case, Judy Garland’s “Get Happy”) were able to find happiness, while those who cranked up the somber tunes of Stravinsky stayed sad.
