There’s no need for strange, complicated confidence boosters to help you jumpstart your day. All you need is a few moments with yourself and a mirror. As you’re getting ready in the morning, give yourself a big smile and fill yourself with positive thoughts about yourself or about the day.
You don’t need much more than that to start off on the right foot. This will also probably lead the way to some introspection and you’ll feel better for each day you do this. It’s definitely a simple trick to build yourself up without paying a dime.
