Although there’s nothing specific about video games and consoles mentioned in its return policy, the fact that such products can be bought both online and in stores, makes them valid items for return, according to Costco’s return policy.
Costco representatives know how things work: when a new, upgraded version of a video game or console shows up on the market, people bring their old ones back. Even so, the retailer has not switched its generous return policy to a more stringent one.
