Here’s an easy thing you can try to live more in the moment: set a reminder on your phone for 3 times each day to focus on your five senses.
When the reminder goes off, take a breath. Focus on what you see, hear, smell, and feel. Take it all in, everything that you experience. This is a very simple practice, but it really helps you focus on the present moment, on what’s actually real right now.
