Success as a model wasn’t enough for Christy Turlington, who enrolled at New York University in 1994. Five years later, the supermodel graduated cum laude with a degree in comparative religion and Eastern philosophy. In 2003, she wed actor Ed Burns, with whom she has two children. In 2014, the duo co-starred in an ad campaign for Calvin Klein’s Eternity fragrances. Christy, who continues to work regularly as a model, also founded nonprofit Every Mother Counts, an organization “dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother.” In February 2017, she and her husband signed on as the campaign stars for Calvin Klein Eternity and the fragrance Calvin Klein Intense. In April 2017, Christy graced the cover of Vogue Paris.
