At $3,813, the cost of homemaker services in Oklahoma is identical to that of the national median. Assisted-living prices are considerably cheaper at a monthly cost of $2,803.

But the real savings are in nursing home care. The cost of a semiprivate room is $4,410, more than $2,000 less than the national median. Private rooms are more than $2,500 cheaper at $5,019.
