#11 : Cleaning Everything All at Once
You, like a lot of other people, probably have a designated cleaning day. That’s all well and good for your timetable. But that just means that all the surfaces you should be cleaning more frequently will be forgotten.
Instead of picking one day a month for deep cleaning, do yourself a favor and pick one or two days of the weak for hot spots such as handles and light switches- surfaces you touch very often and need more frequent scrubbing. Then, when it’s time to deep clean, you’ll have less work to do, and your whole house will be spotless without fail!
Don’t forget to stack up on the right products. We recommend multi-purpose cleaners and a variety of clothes and sponges. Once you’re done, clean your sponges in diluted bleach and throw the clothes in the washing machine so that they’re ready for the next use.
