Try These Things to Calm Your Mind

Repeat a mantra

When things aren’t going well, it can be hard to pull yourself together and calm down. Plan for these difficult moments by preparing a few positive phrases that will help you relax. Write them down and keep them stored in your wallet or saved on your phone. The important thing is to have access to them at all times. Some examples of mantras: “I’m letting these emotions bounce off me” or “I’m concentrating on my breathing to remain calm.”
