19 Money-Saving Tips During the Coronavirus Pandemic

Slay Vampires

Once you’re done killing ghosts it’s time to set your sights on vampires. By this, we mean all sorts of electronics around your house that still use electricity even when they’re turned off. Microwaves, coffee makers, gaming consoles and TVs are just some of the culprits.

By unplugging them, you’ll save a little money on your electricity bill and, in time, this money will start adding up. If you’re having a hard time remembering to do this you might want to switch to a switch-based power strip.

A little goes a long way and we’ve also found that by doing this we also feel better about helping the environment. It might be a tiny step, but it’s definitely one in the right direction.
