There’s rarely a return window for televisions, projectors, computers, tablets, smartwatches, cameras, drones, camcorders, MP3 players, and cellphones bought at Costco. When there is a time limit for returns, it’s usually 90 days, which is way more than what you’ll get with other stores.

Best Buy, for example, has a 45-day return policy for phones, tablets and wearables such as fitness trackers, that not many “Elite Plus” members can benefit from. In the case of drones, cameras, projectors, and the like, customers have the same 45-days return limit, in exchange for a $45 restocking fee or 15% of the purchase price.

Kmart, Sears, Target, Macy’s have similar return policies, with the return window varying from 15 to 45 days while Walmart has some items excluded from their 30-day return window, such as consumer electronics and toys.
