Scientists have determined that the people you love most are also the people you’re most likely to take our anger out on, given that you interact with them more than anyone else. But unfortunately, what they’ve also found is that “aggression is harmful to individuals and to relationships,” meaning that the more you hurt the people you love, the more you risk pushing them away.
