Other states have different rules so, depending on where you live, you could be taxed extra for piercings of permanent makeup.

Basically, if you’re going to buy goods and services from a store in which the cashier isn’t fully clothed, expect to pay more. If an individual you’re doing business with is fully-clothed, the same thing applies. The extra revenue the state gets from these taxes is supposedly used to rehabilitate convicted sex offenders.
So, the next time you plan on purchasing any goods from a strip club, know that you’re actually helping those in need with their rehabilitation… we think?
