“Whether it’s checking your email, social media or even the news, the moment you open your phone in the morning is the moment you dive head first into the rat race for the day,” says Dave Cantin, an entrepreneur. “If that’s the first thing you do in the morning, you’ll struggle to find time to gather yourself and self-reflect.
