11. Write in a Journal

Sure, you can use social media to document pretty much everything in your life, but social media leads us to curate experiences for an audience. Journaling is a much more personal activity where you can bring down your inner walls and allow your most intimate thoughts to roll out.

Doing so in the morning could give you a better idea of how to structure your day. Journaling at night will help you reflect and think back on what you have done and what you wish you would have done differently.

You don’t need much to get started, of course, but if you want to get really creative we suggest scouring the internet for ideas and prompts.
