17 Social Distancing Ideas During the COVID-19 Pandemic

2. Host a Chopped Challenge with Friends

The Food Network’s show Chopped has taken the world by storm by encouraging chefs to challenge themselves with creating dishes from incompatible ingredients. Use this formula in your downtime with friends by competing in your very own Chopped challenge via FaceTime.

The ‘rules’ are simple. Simply show your buddy your pantry and fridge and let them select a bunch of random ingredients- you do the same for them! Whip up a recipe and then rate each other on plating. In the meantime, you can chat about your day and catch up with the news.

This challenge might come in more handy than you think since grocery shopping might not be an option for a while. Make use of everything you’ve got laying around the kitchen instead of heading out!
