Not using a divider between your items and another shopper’s
Placing a divider between your items and someone else’s at the checkout doesn’t require that much effort. Still, there are people who simply don’t do it, totally disrespecting their fellow shoppers’ space. Most people are more than worried about the transmission of the virus, so, it’s the least we can do to slow down the spread of the coronavirus as well as of other pathogens.
“It’s such a small kindness to put up a divider to help the person out behind you and let them know you’re done loading up the belt,” says Ramhold.
