During his Hollywood heyday, Mel Gibson was married to Robyn Moore. Gibson wed Moore in 1980, one year after he starred in “Mad Max.” The couple had seven children together.
Moore filed for divorce from Gibson in 2009 after nearly 30 years of marriage. The well-publicized divorce cost Gibson nearly half of his $850 million fortune, as the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, according to People. Without an agreement, Moore was legally entitled to half of everything Gibson earned during their marriage. Now they both share an estimated net worth of $425 million.
Gibson has not remarried since his divorce from Moore; however, he has had two more children, one with former partner Oksana Grigorieva and one with his current girlfriend, Rosalind Ross.
