14 Things You Should Definitely Spend Your Money On

10. Fresh Sunscreen

How many of us are guilty of the following? We go for a nice beach vacation, get ourselves sunscreen, and as soon as we’re back we tuck it in the back of a drawer? Then, years down the line, instead of buying new sunscreen we look for the one we clearly remember buying.

Depending on how long you wait, this could be more harmful than you think. Sunscreen can last up to 3 years provided it was kept away from sunlight. In fact, it is required that sunscreen retain its strength and properties for up to three years. After that, you should consider throwing it away.

If you’re unsure whether it’s off or not, we also recommend simply buying a new bottle. Better safe than sorry, right? Wearing sunscreen could save you from long term effects of being exposed to harmful UV lights.
