Reusable water bottle
Reusable water bottles seem like the perfect invention for our health as well as for our wallet. They are reasonably cheap and help us keep our body hydrated at all times. This does not mean you should be using a water bottle forever.
First of all, prolonged use can lead to discoloration or bad odors that don’t disappear even after you wash your bottle. Second of all, their interior is dark and moist and can harbor all sorts of bacteria and other contaminants. “Several types of bacteria can be found on water bottles; essentially, they’re the same ones you’ll find on your hands or in your mouth,” Dr. Bruni Nazario, WebMD medical director, said.
Instead of throwing away your water bottle, you can easily recycle it.
