You’re disregarding major debts
When your financial situation is not good, the bills and overdue notices keep piling up and you constantly feel extremely stressed and anxious. No matter how unpleasant the situation might be, avoiding your problems and ignoring your major debts does not mean they will go away. On the contrary, your debts will get worse and worse, warns Robert Farrington, founder of The College Investor.
“A lot of young adults are burdened by student loans and other debt, yet they don’t realize there are a lot of options out there for them,” Farrington says. He suggests searching for government programs that might reduce your payments and even offer debt forgiveness for debts such as student loans.
