Entryway
The entryway is the first area you see when entering a house. Think of it as the first impression guests can have of your home and even your personality and lifestyle. If you’re like most of us, your entryway is where you keep your keys, mails, shoes, outwear, bags and whatnot.
It might seem like a disastrous mix, but it doesn’t have to be! You can take back control of your space and organize your entryway to make the best first impression ever. Not to mention, in these challenging times, an organized, bacteria-free space can also benefit your physical health not just your sanity.
Start with your shoes. They can be a real hazard and carry disease-causing germs and viruses so take your shoes off the second you walk through the door and leave them in a designated spot near the door. Do the same thing with other items you usually store in your entryway.
Put your keys in hooks, your wallet in a basket and your mail in an organizer. With everything in its designated place, the area will be organized and clutter-free.
