Yes, we just recommended drinking your water in tea form, but we need to mention it’s best to brew your own rather than buy it in a bottle. That’s because a recent study found that you’d have to drink 20 bottles of store-bought tea to get the same amount of antioxidants present in just one home-brewed cup. Plus, the bulk of the bottles brews get their brown hue from caramel color (instead of actual tea) and are packed with more sugar than you’d find in a handful of Chips Ahoy cookies.
