15. Say no from time to time
Nothing’s worse than a hectic schedule. When you have a lot of obligations you’ll start to feel stressed and worried. Your nerves will be on edge and not only will you run the risk of failing your tasks, but you’ll probably also ruin all your planning in the process.
The best way to avoid this chain reaction is to just say no from the get-go. Be straightforward with your peers and loved ones, let them know why you can’t do whatever it is they asked and watch as your calendar frees up, making way for more time for self-improvement.
