17. Think positive
There’s no magic formula that will turn you into an optimist, and being an optimist won’t suddenly wipe all your problems away. But changing your perspective can help you on the daily. Instead of focusing on the negative all the time, try to look at the bright side.
And we don’t mean as just an exercise in mindfulness. The more you think about the good things in your life, the more you’ll be able to pinpoint what caused them. Once you get to the bottom of that you’ll also be able to apply your techniques more often, improving your lifestyle overall.
