Can’t dance every day? How about singing instead. On your way to work or back, turn up the music and let loose. Singing, no matter how good or bad you are at it, will release endorphins, also known as the happy hormone.
Singing is also a great way to live out a momentary inner fantasy and it can help manage your emotions all while giving you a feeling of letting go. This might be exactly what you need before stepping out of the office or after a hard day at work.
