Do not hesitate to use manure
As you already know, organic materials are recommended to improve the quality of your soil and manure is one of them because it contains nitrogen. But if you want to apply this organic material, you have to make sure that the manure is not fresh, because the fresh one can burn your plants due to its parasites.
Instead, you should use composted manure that has stayed on the soil for at least five months before planting something. Nevertheless, try to avoid using manure from pets, such as dogs, cats or pigs, because they contain dangerous parasites that can adversely affect your health and of course your plants as well.
