Don’t limit your feelings of gratitude to just Thanksgiving. When psychologist Dr. Martin E. P. Seligman from the University of Pennsylvania instructed people to write
a letter of gratitude and deliver it to someone whom they never properly thanked, he found that all of the subjects who dropped letters off experienced upticks in
their happiness scores that lasted nearly a month.
