Kiwi
We generally think of oranges as being the fruit to eat when you’re in need of a little extra vitamin C, but per serving, kiwis have about twice as much vitamin C as oranges. They are also an excellent source of potassium and phytonutrients. As an added bonus, the recipe below includes blueberries, another little fruit that’s packed full of antioxidants.
