Peapod
Sounds familiar, right? Peapod was one of the leading grocery delivery services in the U.S., but it’s been subject to a lot of downsizing recently. That’s why nowadays you’ll only access it if you live in New England or the East Coast.
With orders of at least $30, there are no service fees for consumers to worry about. Delivery fees vary depending on the size of your order, but they’re typically in the $6.95-$9.95 range. So, what can you buy through them?
Thanks to their affiliation with Giant and Stop & Shop stores (through the company that owns them) you can get all your grocery needs in one go without worrying about inflated prices. Their products are organic and locally sourced, so you know you’ll be getting the best of the best. You can even order meal kits and alcohol in certain markets.
In some locations, same-day delivery is an option, but otherwise, you’ll get the standard next day delivery. In certain areas, you may also get a Podpass subscription service but don’t be surprised if you don’t spot this detail on their landing page since they have very limited availability.
