6. Start Working Out

Locked out of your local gym? Yeah, so are thousands of other people too. But that doesn’t mean you should skip on your daily or weekly workout. You can easily find workout routines online, either in the form of infographics, blog posts or videos.

You could even enrol in online workout classes to get in touch with instructors that will help you along the way so you don’t lose any of your progress.

This still goes for those who haven’t been working out regularly. Take this opportunity to come up with a regime. You can take it slow and gradually build up your exercises. Who knows, you’ll probably come out of the crisis in better shape than before.
