7. Catch up on Podcasts
Staying glued to your TV to watch the constant stream of Coronavirus news won’t do your mental health any good. Sure, it’s good to stay informed, but 24/7 information about the outbreak could make your days so much worse, especially if you’ve got nobody to spend time with.
Instead, try catching up on podcasts. There are virtually thousands of podcasts you can listen to while tidying, cooking or doing other activities on this list. Find a topic that interests you and hit play. This should give you some much-needed escapism for a while!
No new uploads from your favourite creators? No worries, you could always find a new series to immerse yourself in.
