Being Careless With Raw Meat
We’re assuming that, by now, everyone knows how dangerous cross-contamination is. But the truth is that even seasoned chefs might make mistakes, which is why we felt the need to point it out again to really drive the idea home.
Always be extra careful with the plates and utensils you use when cooking meat. After they touch raw meat, put them in the sink, and don’t re-use them for cooked meat, otherwise, you’ll transfer harmful bacteria onto your dish!
